At the Holiday Inn Express in Bethany Beach, Delaware it is our mission to bring you full service banquet capabilities at straightforward prices. We never add catering surcharges, commissions, or gratuities so that what you see here is the price you will pay. We can even help you plan your event from conception to kickoff! Call us today!

Room(s) Rental

Basic room rental, use of tables and equipment included. Setup and breakdown of tables and equipment is not included. Guest’s may elect to set the room themselves or purchase a setup package.

½ Room- $35/Hour	4 Hour Block $130	8 Hour Block $225
Whole Room- $70/Hour	4 Hour Block $240	8 Hour Block $450

Setup Package

Setup package pricing is in addition to room rental cost. Linen rental is additional. Choose from one of our standard configurations or create your own layout for the perfect party or banquet.

Half Room- $50	With Linen Rental- add $25
Whole Room- $100	With Linen Rental- add $25

Breakout Package

For large banquets, meetings or gatherings- Use of 600sq. ft room as a breakout area for buffet service, cocktail reception, banquet bar, or registration area in addition to whole banquet room. Available after 12:00pm only. 1,978 sq. ft. total.

$650- Includes 8 hour whole room block, setup, and linen rental
