Terms and Conditions

• ID is required at check-in for all guests.
• Room rates are quoted on a per night basis and subject to 8% Occupancy Tax. The hotel requires advance notice to make changes or cancel a reservation. Failure to provide appropriate notice will result in a penalty of the first night's room and tax. Please refer to the following cancellation policy outline:
• May 15th to Oct. 15th - Seven (7) days advance notice
• Oct. 16th to May 14th - 6pm day of arrival notice
• Exceptions include: "Advance Purchase" reservations which are non-changeable and non-refundable. The "Discount Rate" is cancellable with a penalty of the first night's room and tax, regardless of advance notice given.
• Any guest who is a "no-show" for their reservation is subject to a penalty of the first night's room and tax.
• While we try our best to honor all requests for specific room types, rooms types are non-guaranteed.
• All reservations must have a credit card or deposit guarantee. Non-guaranteed reservations are subject to cancellation anytime without notice.
• Early departing guests are subject to a $150.00 early departure fee. Changes to reservations must be made within the hotel's standard cancellation policy.
• Smoking in any guestroom or indoor area of the hotel will result in damage fees.
• Pets are not allowed, unless certified as a guide or assistance area.

Debit Card Customers

Please note: Should you choose to use your debit card to register; funds utilized for room, tax incidental and deposits will be withheld and deducted from your checking account balance. The difference between your bill and funds initially approved will be released by your bank within 2 to 7 business days after check-out (actual time varies depending on your financial institution).

If you prefer to pay cash, this amount will still be authorized and deducted from your checking account balance unless you prepay the entire amount of your stay, plus a refundable $50 deposit at the time of registration.
